Pete and I know from the very first start that God has a plan to bring us in unity, love and share our lives together without any discrimination less fortunate or fortunate. I could say we are all blessed. God is always in the midst in this planning of our grand reunion. As Jerome said, we are doing this for His glory. Let's go back to prayer. You might ask why pray? I am a living testimony to that. Prayer is powerful. My mother is back home after 2 wks. stay in the hosp. This was the worst one, with all the tubes on her body. Jesus healed her. He is the Greatest Doctor. To God be the glory. In James 5:15 says, And the prayer of faith shall save the sick..." God listen to my mom. She prayed for more years to live. Let's pray without ceasing. In Matthew 21:22 "Whatsoever you shall ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive." Thanks for reading the Good News. Jesus loves you all. |

Globally, oil prices are sky rocketing: that way to slow the trend is to dig from the reserves. This is the same as we, you may say as fortunates help out the less fortunate. Fuel is not only enough to keep the engine running but reserve will secure us to reach a goal where we are going. The value of our presence is always irreplaceable because this is a onetim event. In the Phil, we are doing what is really necessary to reach them, persistently where ever they may be.If we found the names of the dead, how much more for those who are alive? There is a plan for a zoning as mentioned as the other means of communi ation because of the lack of technology in some areas.Here is our plea; we have to work together as a team and a family (Class 1974). Up to this point in time we have not decided on how much they have to share but we will finalize it on November 2 in Lingayen. But we said that if they can not afford it, then they need not contribute as long as they attend (I heard this from Laurie, that was thoughtful act). The thought we wanted to convey is this: we are more interested in our schoolmate’s presence than the money we collect. But let us face the fact, we can not move without fuel, so to speak. We have started fund raising already in the Philippines as well as in the USA to subsidize and for us to donate something to our Alma Mater. ALL OF US, Ladies and Gentlemen, should unite and help one another if we want this event to be successful. “Let us walk the talk”. Please believe us when we say we thought of this Grandest Reunion not to “mag-yabang” but to truly be together once again. We assure everyone that we are doing ALL our very best and even spending our own money to keep things moving. Letters will be mailed starting first week of November. Lastly, please pray for the organizing committee for wisdom and have the will to lead and go on inspite some discouraging circumstances. And, is it possible to have some sort of a "fund raising" or perhaps a "challenge board" for those who can't afford the fee to this joyous occasion? I know that some of you are fortunate enough and are able to afford the fee and can spare some "pocket change" to help out, but I am also sure that some are just getting by to make ends meet and can't afford to go! I'm just curious on how we can approach this situation so we could have most (if not all) enjoy this festive event. Any suggestions, you wealthy people? *smiles*... Just a thought to ponder ladies and gents! As I'm s re you want to see everyone and share your laughter and reminisce the years gone by, may it be good or bad. Marie, I own an airline group. We are about fifty in the group. We formed it with the little money we pooled together. My wife is an stockholder, too. We have different airplanes, Airbus’, Boeing 737’s, and you see we also have the old Japanese Tora-Tora (in our hangar) that I love to fly, sometimes. I learned to pilot as what Marlea de Guzman (now Gonzales) predicted in our PNHS class 74 prophecy, that I am the pilot and another pretty gir classmate of ours as the stewardess. Remember? Flying has become one of my hobbies together with my golf……. But then, you know, we sometimes have problem with the remote control that the airplane dives uncontrollably to the ground.
